One of my friend is flight attendant. She wanted a suitcase which is easy to control, because she is small and often has quite a bit to carry.
In looking at the problem, I found one principle. All handles are the same length, so a short person has to carry more weight compared to a taller person. I tried to solve this problem with very simple way.
