DO THE RIGHT THING
Geometric structure and something based on physics, a shape which is engineering behind are always festinated to me.
Buckminster Muller’s Geodesic Dome as well, I was wondering that I wanted to make something based on it someday.
Basically I don't have any motivation for cooking at all, but pizza has different issue... (maybe because it is from capital of "Design"?)
I have to make the mold first. It spent 2 years for making, it was quite enjoyable though.
I am really satisfy the result, however I still need some equipments for making pizza, I have to investigate how I can bake it crisply. And I have to well communicate with flame. Fire is alive! Yes, having own pizza oven was just one step to the road of making pizza...
